摘要 | The corrosion behavior of 1Cr-11Ni-2W-2Mo-V steel was studied in the presence of a NaCl deposit and water vapor at 500-700 degrees C. Results indicated that corrosion was not obvious without an NaCl deposit, while corrosion was accelerated remarkably by the simultaneous presence of NaCl and water vapor at any temperature. Optical microscopy (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and electron-probe microanalysis (EPMA) were used to analyze the corrosion products. A mechanism of the synergistic effect of water vapor and NaCl on corrosion of the steel is proposed. |
