摘要 | The effect of temperature gradients on the structures and chemical compositions of corrosion products films on 70/30 Cu-Ni alloy in 3.5 % NaCl solution has been investigated. A novel dissolution-deposition model with convection parameters has been proposed. Zero gradient of temperature (ZGT) promoted a protective Cu2O layer with minimal Cu2(OH)3Cl. Negative gradient of temperature (NGT) resulted in a thinner Cu2O layer and a non- protective Cu2(OH)3Cl two-layer structure with worst corrosion resistance, while positive gradient of temperature (PGT) solely formed a thicker and more protective Cu2O layer. Additionally, the effect of temperature gradients on Ni enrichment has been analyzed. |
