摘要 | A new Ni-rich structure was found at the steel grain boundaries in front of oxide/matrix interface through the method of small-angle inclination polishing. This structure is coherent with the grain on one side and grows into the incoherent grain on the opposite side driving grain boundary migration. A sharp compositional difference appears at the coherent interface, which indicates the Ni-rich structure may be a new phase. The Ni-rich structure stores Ni, promotes the Cr inside the grain to participate oxidation, and changes the composition of oxides and serrates their growing path. |
