摘要 | Three Mannich base imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitors were designed and successfully synthesized, and their inhibition properties and mechanisms for Q235 steel in H2SO4 solution were investigated by experiments and theoretical calculations. It is found that three inhibitors act as mixed inhibitors to effectively inhibit the corrosion of Q235 steel in H2SO4 solution by chemisorption, and the maximum corrosion inhibition efficiency reaches 96.9 %, 97.3 % and 98.2 %, respectively. Theoretical calculations reveal that three inhibitors exhibit multi-center adsorption features and spontaneously adsorb on the surface of Q235 steel through horizontal orientation. |
