摘要	A new cerebroside, gynuraoside (1), was isolated from the aerial parts of Gynura divaricata DC. It was determined to be 1-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4R,10E)-2-(2'R)-2'-hydroxyldocosanoyl-amino-10-octadecene-1,3,4-triol on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. This compound showed strong cytotoxicity against L1210 leukemia cell line in vitro. (C) 2009 Hong Tao Song. Published by Elsevier B.V. on behalf of Chinese Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
